About Us

Our primary purpose is to create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone can feel safe, heal, and cultivate self-compassion. We offer client-centered therapy tailored to each person’s needs. In the first few sessions we focus on understanding you, then collaborate to develop a clear, individualized plan for healing. Our space is intentionally collaborative and secure, designed to provide precisely the support each client needs.

Our clients

We provide services to clients aged 16 and older who live in Ohio. Many seek help for anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, and trauma. Clients consistently describe our practice as a compassionate, safe space where they can process emotions and work toward healing and lasting change.

We specialize in evidence-based couples therapy. Couples come to us to improve communication, rebuild trust after past hurts, and strengthen their connection. Clients report that we offer practical, easy-to-use tools and skills that make a measurable difference in their relationships.

Clinical Team

Tabitha Selerowski, LISW

Owner, Therapist

My Approach: I practice from a place where I view my clients as the expert in themselves… and if they do not believe that… I help them find that belief. I utilize a variety of different techniques, and we determine, together, what works best. I don’t believe there is “one” perfect approach. I believe it is an honor to hold space for my clients in their most vulnerable moments, and I am privileged to be a safe space for each one.

My Professional Path: I started my journey by obtaining a bachelor’s in criminal justice and then decided to pursue my MSSA from Case Western Reserve. I dabbled in many different careers (Child welfare, substance abuse, non-profit, pediatric social work/hospital, and therapy).

Fun Facts: You can usually find me with a coffee all day long; I enjoy listening to spooky podcasts; and you can catch me away at haunted houses all October!
